Let he who is without sin cast the first stone

The scribes and Pharisees brought unto Jesus a woman caught in adultery and asked if she should be stoned to death. Jesus, who was writing on the ground at the time, said let him who is without sin cast the first stone. All of the woman’s accusers left, one by one. Jesus then asked the woman where were her accusers, none were left to condemn her. Jesus then said neither does He condemn her, and to go and sin no more (see JOHN 8:1-11

Garden of Gethsemane

In the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus prayed that the Father’s will (not His) be done:

34 And saith unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death: tarry ye here, and watch.
35 And he went forward a little, and fell on the ground, and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour might pass from him.
36 And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.

---MARK 13:34-36

Jesus charged with blasphemy

67 Art thou the Christ? tell us. And he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe:
68 And if I also ask you, ye will not answer me, nor let me go.
69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.
70 Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am.
71 And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have heard of his own mouth.

---LUKE 22:67-71

Peter denied Jesus three times

31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.
34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.

---LUKE 22:31-34

Jesus before Pontius Pilate

36 Jesus  answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this  world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to  the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

---JOHN 18:37

Thank you Jesus for bearing the punishment for our sins

Jesus bore our diseases and carried our pains on the cross. He was stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. Jesus was wounded for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brings us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes, we are healed! Thank you Jesus for what you did for us, for being faithful to the Father and going to the cross!

The lifting up of the Son of Man on the cross

14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16 For  God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that  whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

---JOHN 3:14-17

The thief on the cross

The thief who joined Jesus in paradise...

40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?
41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.
42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.
43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.

---LUKE 23:40-43

On the third day, Jesus rose to life

When  the boulder in front of the tomb was rolled away by angels, there was a  burst of resurrection power when Jesus rose from the dead, leaving  behind something that modern science cannot replicate nor explain, the  Shroud of Turin.

The  Good News of the Gospel message is this ladies and gentlemen: you too  can share in His resurrection, and live forever and ever! Hallelujah!
